I have been a salon owner for 37 years but have been styling hair for 48 years. I attended beauty school throughout high school and obtained my license at a very young age of 17! I worked at 9 salons before I opened my own salon.

When I was a little girl I loved going to the beauty shop with my mom and grandma. I loved the smell, laughing, gossiping and all  the excitement and buzz throughout the environment. I was mesmerized by the back-combing of the hair and the art of the finished style. I also loved the closeness of all the ladies in the salon, which is something that I nurture and cultivate in my own salon now. It makes me happy to help people and make them feel good!
